Where Learning Science Meets Enterprise Technology

Magnitude Learning Design and Technology was founded in 2016 with a single conviction: that the learning and development industry was underserving the people who needed it most. Off-the-shelf solutions were failing compliance requirements. Generic LMS platforms were treating learners as data points. English Language Learners were being left behind entirely.

We built MLDT — and our proprietary MagnitudeOS™ platform — to solve problems that legacy EdTech vendors weren't designed to address.
